Dart Construction was founded in 2000 by Dave Spoerl.  Dave has a unique, creative, talent and perfection for building homes.  Dave has worked on many home styles from track to semi-custom homes as well as Multi-million dollar homes in Aspen Colorado, Bellevue WA, and The Suncadia Lodge in Cle Elum WA. Dart now serves the SE Denver Metro area and Custom Projects in Colorado.  Dave has experienced skills in many trades including carpentry school, a certificate in residential electrical. We have built over 300 decks and have installed miles of interior trim and over 100,000 square feet of flooring and tile.
 

What sets us apart is we are a small quality controlled company you can trust. We only take on a handful of clients and use selected professional subcontractors. We are not a big box store with huge over head. We do not do mass marketing on the radio, TV or News Paper, this keeps our cost down and allows the savings to be passed on to our customer.

Dart Construction is independently owned and operated and carries limited liability insurance.
